Self-initiated project
I created PIP as the delivery companion for a fictional Parcel Pal brand. The project builds a recognizable character and shows how it can communicate care, progress and a friendly arrival.

The challenge
I wanted a mascot that remained clear on small labels while having enough personality for a large poster. Consistency mattered more than adding detail: the character needed to stay recognizable across different actions and materials.
The idea
A pigeon is an everyday city traveler. I reduced PIP to a cobalt body, pointed beak, cream face patch and an orange courier kit. “Small parcels. Big hello.” gives the character a voice that fits its scale and purpose.
