Self-initiated project
I built SOFT FAULT as a visual system around contact, overlap and the trace of a fold. The work uses photogram-inspired textile imagery across posters, a square art edition, an editorial spread and digital compositions.

I wanted the images to feel related through a clear design logic, while allowing their balance and tone to change. Material texture needed to remain expressive without overwhelming the typography.
The image remembers. Woven impressions hold a trace of a surface, while translucent rust-colored planes create a second layer of contact. Words such as afterimage, residue and interval describe different relationships between the visible surface and what remains behind.
